Ziraat Bankasi KSA, a Saudi Arabian subsidiary of Turkey’s banking group Ziraat, has upgraded its core banking system, Temenos’ T24. The bank moved from R10 to R17, with the project delivered by NDC, Temenos’ regional partner and system integrator.

The bank has been using T24 since its launch in Saudi Arabia 2011. It provides a full range of banking services.
According to NDC, the upgrade of the system “has enabled bank to utilise the latest product functionalities and architecture, which will result in improved and reliable customer service, quick and easy integrations with third parties and faster product launches in the market”.
Temenos is well established in the Saudi Arabia and has about a dozen of customers there, including Al Rajhi Bank, Alawwal Bank, Amlak International, Alinma Bank, Bank Albilad, Banque Saudi Fransi and Samba Financial Group.
